By using Logo Trail (including logotrail.com and related services), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy & cookies page.
If you use Logo Trail for a school or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of that organization where required.
The service
Logo Trail is an educational website for learning Logo programming, drawing with a turtle, following lessons, saving programs, and—for teachers—preparing classrooms and course materials.
Features may change over time. Some capabilities (for example teacher classrooms or subscriptions) may require an account or a paid plan.
Accounts
You may create an account with email and password or through a supported sign-in provider (such as Google). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Logo Trail for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to break, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service
- Harass others or post content that is illegal or inappropriate for a learning environment
- Misuse classroom join codes, teacher tools, or other users' data
- Overload the service with automated scraping or abuse
Your content
You keep ownership of programs, drawings, lesson materials, and other content you create. By saving or sharing content on Logo Trail, you give us a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to run the service.
Shared programs may be visible to others according to the sharing settings you choose. Do not share content you do not have the right to share.
Teachers & classrooms
Teachers are responsible for how they use classrooms, student joins, and course materials in their own teaching context, including any school or district rules that apply to them.
Paid teacher features, trials, and school licenses are subject to the plan details shown at purchase or in the teaching dashboard. Work you create may be retained according to our product policies, even if a trial or subscription ends, unless you delete it or ask us to remove it.
Availability
We aim to keep Logo Trail available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, fix bugs, or change features without notice.
Liability
Logo Trail is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Logo Trail after updates means you accept the revised terms.
